The train ride to Salzburg is probably the most scenic journey I have ever taken and the city itself has an atmosphere of relaxed way of living with Mozart’s statue playing a key role in the region’s musical background. We stumbled upon a Bio-fest during our stay there featuring French music, hand-made products and children enjoying having their faces painted. To end the day, we had to try the Austrian ‘sachertorte’ which was layers of pure joy.
