For someone who has just gotten used to the Bavarian accent, it was impossible to figure out the way northerners express themselves in Dresden and Berlin. For some strange reason, a clearer way of speaking makes it more difficult to understand.
But all this lost its value once I discovered Ampelmann, a chain of shops as well as a famous pedestrian figure. It seemed to simple yet so entertaining, I was fascinated by the design.
Great building
I can not recognise the difference German accents.
Kind regards,
haha Ampelmann! I remember him from my trip to Berlin. 🙂
